e.l.f. Haul!
I don't know if maybe I've been submerged in toddler/preschooler culture too long or missed a memo along the way somewhere but I've just recently discovered this brand of makeup. I've never been too big into buy/collecting makeup because its always been something that been expensive or if I found inexpensive makeup the quality wasn't that great. e.l.f. defies both of these pre-conceptions.
All of their individual products are between $1-$6 and they're great quality (the ones i've tried at least)
Plus, every now and then they have these online sales where you can get stuff 50% off!
So, lets dig in!
First I want to say I just LOVE their packaging, everything looks so sleek and professional and I looks way more expensive than it is!
1. e.l.f. Studio Endless Eyes Pro Mini Eyeshadow Palette in 'Everyday'
I love that there are enough neutral colors for everyday use and a few bright colored ones for special occasions or nighttime use (although my 'nights' consist of giving little bear a bath and putting him to bed shortly followed by myself). This palette also includes some shadows that are extra 'shimmery'!
2. e.l.f. Studio Mineral Infused Face Primer -in 'Radiant Glow'
Now I've read many many many reviews that rave about this stuff
It's not quite as 'amazing' as it was hyped up to be
Don't get me wrong, I like it and all, it goes on silky smooth and provides a pretty 'primer' for putting makeup on but i feel like after I finish putting the rest of my makeup on it looks like I have on more than I actually do.

Maybe it's because I got the 'radiant glow' shade, I plan on trying on the 'clear' one to see if maybe thats where i went wrong. But I only paid $3 so I really can't complain too too much!
3.e.l.f. Studio Wrinkle Refiner
This stuff is pretty good and does what it promises and at $3 it is a steal compared to other brands.
Lucky me I don't have too many wrinkles or fine lines yet so I can't really say too much else about it yet. I got it as kind of a preemptive strike against said non-existent wrinkles.
4.e.l.f. Studio Corrective Concealer
Again, this stuff does what it says, I mainly use the green shade to neutralize the red spots on my face and it does a pretty good job of that. Not too much else to say here either.
5.e.l.f. Studio Matte Lip Color -in 'coral'
I actually really like this! I plan on getting it in other shades as this 'coral' color is just a little too orange for me but its awesome stuff! (I'll add in a swatch of it near the end)
6. e.l.f. Studio Bronzer - in 'Golden Bronzer'
This is a really good bronzer, it makes you look like you have a nice tan instead of looking like an oompa loompa! You can blend all four colors together or use each color separately which is always a plus!
7. e.l.f. Studio Complexion Brush and Stipple Brush
Now, I'm just now starting to experiment with brushes but I really like these. They don't shed and seem very professional, I plan on getting all of them.
Now I've saved my favorite 2 products for last!
8. e.l.f. Studio Eye Refresh
This stuff. This is awesome.
I've been using it in the morning and at night and sometimes in between.
The e.l.f. website says "The cooling sensation of the Eye Refresh rollerball brightens and refreshes the eye area to help alleviate under eye puffiness and dark circles." And it does! the website continues to say " Infused with key ingredients Pomegranate, Rosemary, Green Tea, Cucumber and Grape to hydrate and nourish the delicate skin around your eyes. Perfect for portable on-the-spot treatment to awaken the skin throughout the day for a little pick-me-up."
All true!
And that cool little marble feels so good under my eye!
I will definitely be stocking up on this and probably gifting it to all of my female friends and family members come Christmas time!
9. e.l.f. Studio Lip Balm SPF 15 - in 'nude'
LOVE LOVE LOVE
Perfect shading, doesn't look unnatural, perfect size, and just all around amazing
it's like lip balm and lipstick had a baby and it was the most perfect of babies.
I will be getting this in EVERY color and giving them as gifts as well come Christmas or birthdays or just whenever I feel like it.
Aaaaand thats it! I might be putting in another order this weekend as long as I get financial approval from Mr.Darcy.
